Lighten Up, It's Just Politics

More than 350 people came together on May 25 for VPAP's annual luncheon, themed Lighten Up, It's Just Politics. This unique event brings together Virginians from differing points of view to share some laughs. This year's program included Beau Cribbs, host of RVA Tonight, and political comedy by Del. Lamont Bagby and Sen. Glen Sturtevant.

Lighten Up, It's Just Politics was held at the Downtown Richmond Marriott and grossed $192,000 for the nonprofit Virginia Public Access Project, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to transparency in Virginia politics.
