Summary
As Introduced. Examining and approving a statement in lieu of the settlement of accounts; fee for commissioner of accounts.
Removes the provision that allows the commissioner of accounts to charge a fee of up to $75 for the examination and approval of a statement in lieu of the settlement of accounts. This bill is a recommendation of the Judicial Council.-
