2008 session of the Virginia General Assembly

State Corporation Commission; introduction of evidence. Requires the State Corporation Commission to establish rules that will allow an individual who has been certified as an expert to introduce evidence in a proceeding that involves either the rates of a public utility or the siting of an electric transmission line.
