VTCA represents companies who design, build and maintain Virginia's transportation facilities. Members include transportation construction contractors, aggregate producers, engineering consultants, and those who supply materials and services.

Matters: Matters concerning transportation funding, as well as general business issues relating to transportation construction, engineering and aggregates production.
