Update: One Kid's Pizza Money

Two weeks ago, we received a note from a student who had discovered the Virginia Public Access Project while working on a government class paper. Inside the envelope were two five-dollar bills.
Brandon wrote: “I’m glad that I can help (even though it’s a
miniscule amount)."
Brandon is wrong. Ten dollars is not inconsequential. If each of the 38,000 unique visitors of VPAP this month chipped in $10, VPAP could cover the entire year's operating budget.
