LG RACE: DAVIS IN, MCWATERS OUT

Jeff McWaters effectively ruled out a 2013 candidacy. Over the summer we told you Davis, a former Northern Virginia legislator married to ex-U.S. Rep. Tom Davis, was leaving Gov. Bob McDonnell's employ to pursue her statewide ambitions, which initially got off to a rocky start.
