WATKINS' ROAD PLAN GATHERS SUPPORT

John Watkins, R-Powhatan, to solve the state’s transportation funding crisis. Business as usual for transportation is no longer acceptable, according to a draft of a letter the group, which included about 60 local elected officials, will be sending to the state’s top political leadership.
