VA. SENATE LEADERS ASK MCDONNELL TO CALL SPECIAL SESSION ON HEALTH EXCHANGE

Bob McDonnell to convene a special session of the General Assembly to create a state-based health insurance exchange, but it doesn’t appear likely that he will. “Virginians deserve an exchange that suits their specific needs, not a one-size-fits-all solution from the federal government,” said Sen. Richard L. Saslaw, D-Fairfax.
