Summary

As Introduced. Local industrial development authority; Louisa County airports.

Authorizes Louisa County, by ordinance, to empower a local industrial development authority to acquire, own, operate, and regulate the use of airports and related facilities. The bill authorizes Louisa County to appoint members of the board of directors of the local industrial development authority to serve for terms coincident with the term of its supervisors. (Less)
