As Introduced. Law-enforcement immunity; storage of firearms.

Shields from civil or criminal liability any law-enforcement agency or law-enforcement officer that stores, possesses, or transports a firearm with the consent of a person prohibited from possessing a firearm because he is subject to a protective order for any damage, deterioration, loss, or theft of such firearm. The bill does not require any law-enforcement agency or law-enforcement officer to take possession of any firearm. (Less)
