Summary

As Introduced. Sanctuary policies prohibited.

Provides that no locality shall adopt any ordinance, procedure, or policy that restricts the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law. The General Assembly shall reduce state funding to the extent permitted by state and federal law to any locality found to have violated the provisions of the bill. (Less)
