Requires health benefit plans to cover a limited refill for up to a five days' supply of a Schedule VI drug that is dispensed by a pharmacist for a covered person whose dispensed drugs are lost, destroyed, or otherwise rendered unusable as a consequence of a natural or man-made disaster that displaces the person from his residence.
