As Introduced. Driving on a suspended or revoked license; unpaid court fines or costs; traffic infraction.

Provides that the penalty for driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license where the reason for the suspension or revocation was a person's failure to pay court-ordered fines and costs is punishable as a traffic infraction. Currently, the offense is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
