As Introduced. Transitional Medical Assistance Services Program established.

Establishes the Transitional Medical Assistance Services Program (the Program) to provide medical assistance services to individuals transitioning from the Commonwealth's program for medical assistance services pursuant to Title XIX of the Social Security Act to self-sufficiency. The bill sets out eligibility criteria for participation in the Program, including annual premium payments, and requires the Secretary of Health and Human Resources to develop a plan for implementation of the Program by December 1, 2018. The bill has a delayed effective date of July 1, 2019. (Less)
