Summary

As Introduced. Disorderly conduct in public places; right to detain.

Provides that the person in charge of any public building, place, conveyance, meeting, operation, or activity may detain any person who engages in disorderly conduct for a period not to exceed one hour pending arrival of a law-enforcement officer.
