Summary

As Passed Both Chambers. Virginia Military Survivors and Dependents Education Program; eligibility.

Extends the benefits of the Virginia Military Survivors and Dependents Education Program to the spouse or child of a veteran with at least a 90 percent permanent, service-related disability.
