Summary

As Introduced. Solar farms; annual report of acreage; report.

Directs the Virginia Solar Energy Center to compile an annual report that lists (i) the total acreage of solar farm or utility-scale solar facility development projects completed in the prior calendar year and (ii) the total acreage of qualified donations of less-than-fee interests accepted by any public or private conservation agency, as reported by the Department of Conservation and Recreation pursuant to existing law. The Center is required to submit the report by December 15 of each year to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Appropriations, House Committee on Finance, and Senate Committee on Finance. (Less)
