Summary

As Introduced. School boards; in-person instruction; student home internet access; emergency.

Requires each school board to provide in-person instruction to any student whose primary residence is not capable of receiving Internet access at speeds greater than 10 MBps download speed and one MBps upload speed. The bill contains an emergency clause. The bill sunsets upon the expiration of the state of emergency declared by the Governor in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Commonwealth. (Less)
