Loudoun County officials announced Thursday they are finalizing an agreement with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency's (CBP) Office of Information Technology (OIT) to bring its headquarters to Quantam Park at 22001 Loudoun County Parkway in Ashburn, near the Ashburn Silver Line Metro station.
