Notes: The size of each locality is based on the number of registered voters. Population density is defined as follows:
Big Urban: Population of 90,000 or more and population density of at least 1,300 people per square mile.
Suburban and Small Cities: This grouping consists of small cities of less than 90,000 in population and counties with population density between 1,300 people per square mile and 125 people per square mile.
Rural: Counties with a population density of fewer than 125 people per square mile.
