Source: Large, last-minute donations reports filed with the State Department of Elections between October 22-31. Under Virginia law, House candidates must disclose by the next day any donation, in-kind gift or loan of $1,000 or more received within 11 days of Election Day. Totals are as of 12:30 am on October 31.
