Provides that, in lieu of newspaper advertisements, foreclosure sales shall be advertised at the courthouse and on the website of the public government of the locality served by the court or of the circuit court for the county or city in which the property to be sold is located, and ... (More) that the clerk shall place a small notice in a newspaper having a general circulation in the city or county in which the property to be sold is located informing the public of the location of such advertisements.
