As Introduced. Orders of publication proceeding to enforce lien against certain real property.
Provides that an order of publication for the enforcement of a lien for taxes owed on real property that has a value of $50,000 or less may be posted on the website of the local government or circuit court clerk in lieu of publication in a newspaper.-
