As Introduced. Tow truck drivers; registration.
Allows persons convicted of violent crimes or any crime, other than a traffic infraction, involving the driving of a tow truck, including drug or alcohol offenses, to request a review by the Department of Criminal Justice Services 10 years after any such conviction.
