Summary

As Introduced. Tow truck drivers; registration.

Allows persons convicted of violent crimes or any crime, other than a traffic infraction, involving the driving of a tow truck, including drug or alcohol offenses, to request a review by the Department of Criminal Justice Services 10 years after any such conviction. Current law prohibits any person convicted of such crimes from registering with the Department of Criminal Justice Services as a tow truck driver. (Less)
