As Introduced. Reinstatement of discontinued cases; court's discretion.
Provides that a court has discretion to reinstate a discontinued case where a plaintiff has properly moved for such a case to be reinstated. This bill is in response to JSR Mechanical Inc. v. Aireco Supply, Inc., 786 S.E.2d 144 (Va. 2016).-
