As Introduced. Public contracts; civil liability; gender identity; sexual orientation.
Prohibits agencies of the Commonwealth and other public bodies from requiring any contractor entering into a public contract to agree to additional nondiscrimination provisions with respect to gender identity or sexual orientation.
