As Introduced. Constitutional amendment (first resolution); property tax; exemption for flooding remediation, abatement, and resiliency efforts.
Provides that the General Assembly may authorize a county, city, or town to partially exempt any real subject to recurring flooding upon which flooding abatement, mitigation, or resiliency efforts have been undertaken.-
