Requires any employer that has decided it will not provide contraceptive coverage to its employees pursuant to the employer's lawful exercise of a right not to provide such coverage on grounds that doing so is contrary to the employer's religious beliefs or moral convictions to provide employees and prospective employees ... (More) with notice of such decision. An employer that has made such a decision is also required to notify the Bureau of Insurance, which is required to make information regarding these employers available to the public through its website. Employers that violate these requirements are subject to a civil penalty. (Less)-
