Summary
As Introduced. Special assessment for land preservation; agricultural use.
Provides that the standards adopted by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services for the designation of real estate as devoted to agricultural use shall not require that the real estate have been devoted to agricultural production for any amount of time prior to such designation.-
