Changes the method of election for the Governor, and by reference, the Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes in a majority of each of the congressional districts shall be declared elected. Under current law, the person receiving the highest number of votes statewide ... (More) is declared elected.
