Summary

As Enacted. Oyster planting grounds; existing leases; transfer or assignment.

Removes the requirement that the Marine Resources Commissioner consider certain factors when recording in his office an application for transfer or assignment for an existing lease of oyster-planting grounds. This bill is identical to HB 1949.
