Allows mixed beverage carrier licenses to be granted to financial institutions, subsidiaries of a financial institution, and certain persons under contract with a financial institution or subsidiary that are operating a lounge for air carrier passengers located within an airport in the Commonwealth, which would authorize the licensee to sell ...
