Authorizes Virginia to become a signatory to the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact. The Compact increases public access to audiology and speech-language pathology services by providing for the mutual recognition of other member state licenses for such services. The Compact has been enacted in 23 states and the Audiology ...
