Provides that the court may direct the issuance of a summons to a juvenile on its own motion or upon request of a party to a custody or visitation petition. The bill further provides that the court may direct the issuance of a summons to a juvenile on its own ... (More) motion or for good cause shown by a party to a support proceeding requesting the issuance of such a summons. The bill is a recommendation of the Committee on District Courts. (Less)-
