Summary

As Passed House of Origin. Public institutions of higher education; student exchange programs; tuition and mandatory fee waivers; conditions.

Clarifies that tuition and mandatory fees may be waived for an inbound student enrolled in a public institution of higher education through a formalized student exchange program between such institution and another institution of higher education, provided that the number of inbound students does not exceed the number of outbound students paying full tuition and mandatory fees to the public institution of higher education under the provisions of the exchange program for a given three-year period.
