Summary
As Introduced. Penalty for failure to certify record of marriage; persons other than ministers.
Provides that persons other than ministers authorized to celebrate the rites of marriage are subject to a $25 penalty for failing to certify the record of marriage. Under current law, such penalty is applicable only to ministers authorized to celebrate such rites of marriage.-
