The bill includes an updated boundary description, requires as a condition precedent to the issuance of a vehicle license the payment of all fines for violation of the city's ordinances governing parking of vehicles, allows ... (More) the city to remove and abate nuisances and charge and collect the cost thereof from the owner of the property affected, requires the city council to meet every month for at least 11 months of the year, rather than 12, and rewrites the duties of several city officials.
