Note: The second list includes only those candidates who filed their October 15 campaign reports electronically with the state Department of Elections. Currently, candidates for local office in cities and counties with fewer than 70,000 people have the option of disclosing their donations on paper documents. (That will change in January, when all candidates will be required to e-file.)
