Always Vote: 464,892 voters who cast ballots in November general elections in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Presidential Only: 1,007,886 voters who cast ballots in only one election since 2014 -- the November 2016 presidential.
Never Vote: 1,454,772 voters have not cast a ballot in any election since 2014.
