Summary
As Introduced. Signing of pleadings, motions, and other papers; electronic signatures.
Clarifies that an electronic signature or a digital image of a signature shall satisfy the requirement in current law that every pleading, motion, or other paper of a party be signed by at least one attorney of record. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference.-
