    Matters: Under Section 4.1-206.3(A)(7)(c), the ABC may grant a PAF license to “[p]ersons operating food concessions at any performing arts facility located in the City of Waynesboro, provided that the performing arts facility (i) is occupied under a bona fide long-term lease or concession agreement, the original term of which was more than five years; (ii) has a total capacity in excess of 550 patrons; and (iii) has been rehabilitated in accordance with historic preservation standards.” We would just want to revise that section to read “. . . any performing arts facility located in the City of Waynesboro or City of Charlottesville
