Directs the Joint Commission on Technology and Science to convene an advisory committee to study the opportunities and challenges related to the adoption and use of robots, automation, and artificial intelligence, especially as it relates to the economy and the Commonwealth workforce and potential employment. The executive summary of the Commission's report shall be submitted no later than the first day of the 2018 Session of the General Assembly. (Less)
