Summary

As Introduced. Minimum city population required to enforce certain ordinance violations.

Decreases from 90,000 to 40,000 the minimum population of cities whose parking, stopping, and standing ordinances may provide that summonses and tickets for violations of such ordinances or regulations may be issued by law-enforcement officers, other uniformed city employees, or uniformed personnel under contract with the city.
