3-Cycle Partisan Shift

This visual seeks to measure the shift in political winds experienced Tuesday during the Biden midterms by three Democratic congresswomen who were first elected four years ago during the Trump midterms.



Data comparing all three elections is limited because district lines were changed in 2021 and many local precinct boundaries were reshaped earlier this year. The localities listed above were wholly within the district during each of the last three elections.
