Summary

As Introduced. Numbering on buildings; civil penalty.

Provides that an ordinance that requires buildings to have visible numbering may include provisions for a civil penalty not to exceed $100 for a violation that has not been corrected within 15 days of notice of such violation. Civil penalties assessed under this provision shall be paid into the treasury of the locality where the violation occurred. (Less)
